Through a dynamic partnership with Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business Pro Bono Consulting Club, SHINE has achieved a pivotal 12-week milestone-advancing both the structure and sustainability of our Beauty Academy programming. This collaboration produced a forward-thinking, scalable model that strengthens our ability to expand impact! By blending innovation with execution, this work not only elevates our programming but positions SHINE as a leading force in youth development. We invite stakeholders, partners, and communities to engage with a model designed for both excellence and expansion!

Mentoring

SHINE offers mentoring through its award-winning program SHINE Beauty Academy™ .  Youth create their own skin and body care products, and in turn sell products to patrons at an end of program showcase.
